Miss Karlie
Miss Karlie has been teaching Special Education for 5 years, including 4 of those years at the Cullman County Child Development Center. She is currently teaching grades 2nd-3rd at the CDC. Her education includes a Master’s degree in Special Education K-6 and a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education K-12. She also has an Associates degree in Social Work. Miss Karlie has a love for her students and treats them as if they were her own. She has a passion to help students of all ability levels to achieve their academic and life goals while still having fun!

Mrs. Danna


Mrs. Danna has been a classroom aide for 20 years. 6 of those years have been spent at the Child Development Center. She has worked in Miss Karlie's class for 3 years. She has a sweet, compassionate heart for children and loves to watch her students grow and achieve their dreams.

Mrs. Carla


For the past 4 years, Mrs. Carla has been a classroom aide and in Miss Karlie's room at the Child Development Center. Mrs. Carla is an energetic person and loves each of the students in her classroom. She enjoys teaching low functioning students and working hands-on with them to help them progress.

Mrs. Holly


This is Mrs. Holly's first year as an aide at the Child Development Center. She has worked in Miss Karlie's class subbing in the past and became a part of the Baker Bunch this year. Mrs. Holly has a fun loving personality. She enjoys teaching children and helping them reach their goals.
